We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only send commercial electronic messages to individuals who have provided express consent. Every marketing email includes a functional unsubscribe mechanism processed within 10 business days.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled. No annual contracts — cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice.
The New Aura platform, software and branding are owned by New Aura Technologies Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. You retain ownership of your business data and review content. AI-generated reply suggestions are a tool — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing.
The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for all situations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Aura total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
New Aura provides HIPAA-aware features for healthcare and dental users. If your use requires a Business Associate Agreement, contact us at contact@newaura.io before processing any Protected Health Information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
